Terms of Service
This is a legal agreement between Sisyphus Consulting Pvt. Ltd. (“we,” “us,” “our,” “the Company”) and you (“you,” “your,” or “the Customer”) for the purchase and use of Wu Wei Cards products and services. If you have any questions about these terms, you can email us at hi@wuwei.cards.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order, accessing our services, or using any part of our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not make a purchase or use our services. These terms constitute a binding contract between you and Sisyphus Consulting Pvt. Ltd.
2. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. For existing purchases, changes will not affect orders already placed but may apply to future purchases or service renewals. We recommend reviewing these terms before each purchase.
3. Products and Services
We offer the following products and services:
3.1 Wu Wei Cards (Physical Product)
A deck of facilitation cards designed for group workshops, individual reflection, and creative exploration. Each deck includes a unique 12-character access code for the Wu Wei Planner digital service.
3.2 Wu Wei Planner (Digital Service)
An AI-powered conversational tool accessible via web browser at wuwei.cards/wuwei-planner. This service is included complimentary with each Wu Wei Cards purchase and is subject to its own AI Service Usage Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service.
3.3 Digital Tools and Resources
Free access to online tools including:
- Applications Library
- Card Curator
- Spread Canvas
- Card of the Day
- Story Weaver
- Activity Timer
These tools are provided as-is and may be updated or discontinued at our discretion.
4. Ordering and Payment
4.1 Placing Orders
Orders may be placed through our website at wuwei.cards/shop. By placing an order, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
4.2 Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- UPI (for Indian customers)
- Net banking (for Indian customers)
- International payment methods as available at checkout
All applicable transaction fees, currency conversion charges, or international processing fees are the responsibility of the customer.
4.3 Pricing and Currency
All prices are listed in Indian Rupee (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed.
4.4 Order Confirmation
Upon successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation constitutes acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.
4.5 Invoicing and Payment Acknowledgement
Upon order completion online, Razorpay issues an automated payment receipt. This receipt serves as an acknowledgment of payment and does not constitute an official tax invoice. The Company will issue and transmit the official tax invoice separately to the Customer via email or WhatsApp.
4.6 Partner Store Transactions
For purchases made at partner retail locations, the partner store stocks the product and conducts the sale directly to the Customer in exchange for a commission. The Company does not participate in or manage front-line retail transactions. Consequently, all payment processing, billing, invoicing, pricing, and returns at partner locations are governed exclusively by the terms and policies of the respective partner store.
4.7 Order Queries and Customer Verification
The Company reserves the right to contact the Customer using the phone number or email address provided during checkout to verify details, clarify instructions, or resolve any issues or queries related to the order.
5. Shipping and Delivery
5.1 Shipping Scope and Restrictions
Purchases and deliveries are strictly limited to destinations within India. The Company does not accept orders or ship to locations outside of India.
5.2 Shipping Costs
Standard shipping is provided at no additional cost for all orders shipped within India.
5.3 Dispatch and Handling
Orders are fulfilled and dispatched manually. The Company does not utilize automated mass-fulfillment systems. While the Company endeavors to dispatch orders promptly, handling and dispatch timelines may vary.
5.4 Delivery Timeframes
Standard delivery typically takes five (5) to seven (7) business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to carrier operational delays, destination logistics, or external circumstances. The Company shall not be liable for delivery delays caused by courier partners or events of Force Majeure.
6. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements
6.1 Physical Product Returns (No Change-of-Mind Returns)
All sales are final. The Company does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind or customer preference. Once an order is processed, the Customer is obligated to retain the product, subject only to the provisions regarding damaged or defective products in Section 6.2.
6.2 Damaged or Defective Products
In the event that a physical product is delivered damaged or defective, the Company will facilitate a replacement subject to the following requirements:
- Reporting Window: The defect or damage must be reported to the Company via email at hi@wuwei.cards within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery.
- Mandatory Video Proof: To prevent fraudulent claims, the Customer must provide a clear, continuous, and unedited unboxing video. This video must display the sealed outer package, the shipping label, the opening of the package, and the specific damage or defect on the product. No claims will be processed without this video proof.
- Product Condition (Digital Access Card): The physical access code card for the Wu Wei Planner digital service must be entirely untouched. Specifically, the scratch-off panel concealing the unique 12-character access code must remain unscratched and fully intact. If the scratch-off panel has been scratched, altered, or compromised, the product is ineligible for replacement or return.
- Return of Damaged Product: Prior to the dispatch of a replacement, the Customer must return the original damaged or defective product to the Company using a return shipping method approved by the Company.
- Remedy: Upon receipt and verification of the returned product and the unboxing video, the Company will ship a replacement product or components to the Customer at no additional cost. The Company does not offer monetary refunds for damaged or defective products; the sole remedy is a replacement.
- Stock Limitations: If a replacement product is unavailable due to stock depletion, the Company will issue a refund to the original payment method.
6.3 Digital Services
The Wu Wei Planner access code is non-refundable once activated or scratched. Unused and unscratched access codes cannot be returned independently of the complete, unopened physical deck.
6.4 Order Cancellation
All orders are final upon payment. Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once placed.
7. Access Codes and Digital Services
7.1 Access Code Activation
Each Wu Wei Cards deck includes a unique 12-character access code covered by a scratch-off panel. By scratching the panel, you accept that the code may not be eligible for return unless the entire product is returned.
7.2 Access Terms
Wu Wei Planner access is governed by the AI Service Usage Policy, which includes:
- 180-day access period from activation
- Generous usage limits (conversation balance OR time limit, whichever comes first)
- Non-rechargeable, non-transferable codes
- Local-only conversation storage
7.3 Lost or Compromised Codes
If you believe your access code has been lost or compromised, contact us immediately at hi@wuwei.cards with your code details. We may be able to deactivate the code and, subject to verification and our discretion, provide a replacement with your remaining balance.
7.4 Code Sharing and Resale
Access codes are for personal use only and may not be:
- Shared with others
- Sold separately from the physical deck
- Transferred to another party
- Published online or made publicly accessible
We reserve the right to deactivate codes found in violation of these terms.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Ownership
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, card designs, illustrations, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of Sisyphus Consulting Pvt. Ltd. or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws.
8.2 Limited License
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
- Use the Wu Wei Cards for personal or professional facilitation purposes
- Access and use the digital tools for your own sessions
- Print or download materials from the website for personal use only
8.3 Prohibited Uses
You may not:
- Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or resell any part of the products or services
- Create derivative works from the card designs or content
- Use our trademarks without written permission
- Systematically download or scrape content from our website
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from materials
8.4 User Content
Any content you submit to us (feedback, suggestions, session stories) may be used by us without compensation, provided we do not identify you personally without your consent.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
9.1 Privacy Policy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
9.2 Wu Wei Planner Privacy
Specific privacy protections for the AI service are detailed in the AI Service Usage Policy. Key points:
- We do not read or store conversation content
- Messages pass through our infrastructure solely for routing purposes
- Conversation history is stored only on your device
- We track only usage metrics (token count and days remaining) to enforce access limits
9.3 Third-Party Services
Our services rely on the following third-party providers:
- Razorpay: Payment processing (privacy policy)
- Cloudflare: Infrastructure services (terms)
- OpenAI: AI language models for Wu Wei Planner (terms of use)
10. Disclaimers and Limitations
10.1 No Guarantee of Outcomes
We do not guarantee specific outcomes from using Wu Wei Cards or the Wu Wei Planner, including but not limited to:
- Specific facilitation results or participant engagement
- Business or therapeutic outcomes
- Accuracy of AI-generated interpretations or suggestions
You are responsible for exercising your own judgment in applying any suggestions or techniques.
10.2 AI Service Limitations
The Wu Wei Planner is powered by artificial intelligence which:
- May produce incorrect or incomplete information
- Should not be used as a substitute for professional advice (legal, medical, psychological)
- Generates interpretations that are starting points, not definitive answers
Always verify important information independently.
10.3 Service Availability
While we strive for continuous availability, our services may be interrupted due to:
- Maintenance, updates, or technical issues
- Third-party service disruptions (OpenAI API, hosting providers)
- Events beyond our control
We are not liable for temporary unavailability.
10.4 Local Storage Risks
Conversation history in the Wu Wei Planner is stored only in your browser. We are not responsible for:
- Loss of conversations due to browser clearing or device changes
- Unauthorized access on shared or public computers
- Data left on devices you do not control
11. Limitation of Liability
11.1 Our Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sisyphus Consulting Pvt. Ltd.’s liability is limited to:
- For physical products: Replacement of defective products or refund of purchase price, at our discretion
- For digital services: Extension of service time or replacement access code with equivalent balance
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
11.2 Maximum Liability
Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sisyphus Consulting Pvt. Ltd., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of our products or services
- Content you submit or transmit
- Your violation of these terms
- Your infringement of any third-party rights
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, or through mutually agreed alternative dispute resolution.
14. Dispute Resolution
14.1 Informal Resolution
If you have any issues, complaints, or disputes regarding our products or services, please contact us first at hi@wuwei.cards. We will make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally through mutual discussion within 30 days of receiving your email.
14.2 Escalation
If we are unable to resolve the dispute informally, it shall be referred to and finally resolved under the governing law and jurisdiction specified in Section 13.
15. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, strikes, lockouts, riots, war, government restrictions, epidemics, pandemics, or supply chain disruptions.
16. Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these websites. Linked sites are not under our control, and we do not endorse or assume responsibility for their content.
17. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services without notice if:
- You violate these terms
- We suspect fraudulent activity
- Required by law or government request
Upon termination, your access codes may be deactivated and you must cease all use of our services.
18. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
19. Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Sisyphus Consulting Pvt. Ltd.
20. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service, together with the AI Service Usage Policy and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sisyphus Consulting Pvt. Ltd. regarding your use of our products and services, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
