Web Analytics

We use GoatCounter for anonymous website analytics. It doesn’t use cookies or track individuals across sites. See GoatCounter’s privacy policy.

We also use Meta Pixel to measure website visits and understand the effectiveness of our advertising. Meta may receive information about visits to our website and use it for advertising measurement and attribution. See Meta’s privacy policy.

Information We Collect

When you purchase: Name, email, phone, shipping address, and order details. We do not store your payment card details—payments are processed securely by Razorpay. See Razorpay’s privacy policy.

For Wu Wei Cards purchases, we use Meta’s Conversions API (CAPI) to report purchase events for advertising measurement and attribution. Purchase information such as the order value and currency is sent to Meta along with cryptographically hashed versions of the customer’s email address and phone number. We do not send payment card details to Meta.

Wu Wei Planner: We do not read, store, or monitor your conversations. Chat history is stored only on your device. Messages pass through our Cloudflare infrastructure solely for routing to OpenAI. We track only usage metrics (token count and days remaining). See our AI Service Usage Policy for details.
