What is the Wu Wei Planner?
The Wu Wei Planner is an AI-powered conversational tool included with your Wu Wei Cards purchase. It helps you explore card interpretations, facilitation techniques, and applications tailored to your needs.
How Access Works
Access Code
Your Wu Wei Cards box includes a 12-character access code covered by a scratch card sticker. Simply scratch to reveal your code and enter it at wuwei.cards/wuwei-planner to begin.
Generous Usage Limits
Each access code provides generous usage limits that include:
- 180 days of access from the moment you first activate it
- A substantial conversational AI experience powered by OpenAI’s models
Your access will automatically discontinue when either your conversation balance is exhausted or the 180-day period ends—whichever comes first. The interface displays a countdown showing days remaining and your usage progress.
One-Time Use
Access codes are not rechargeable and cannot be reused. Each code is tied to a single activation and cannot be transferred once used.
Lost or Compromised Codes
If you believe your access code has been lost or may have fallen into someone else’s hands, you can request deactivation to protect your remaining balance. Please contact us with your code details, and we will disable it to prevent unauthorized usage.
Important: We cannot recover lost access codes, as we do not store code-to-user mappings for privacy reasons. However, in cases where a code is verifiably compromised or lost, we may be able to provide a replacement code that carries over your remaining balance—subject to our discretion and verification.
Your Privacy
We Do Not Read Your Conversations
Sisyphus Consulting Pvt. Ltd. does not read, review, or monitor the content of your conversations. Your exchanges with the AI remain private to you.
While your messages pass through our Cloudflare infrastructure solely for routing to OpenAI’s services, we have designed our systems to process these transmissions without storing or accessing conversation content. Technically, this data flows through our infrastructure, but we have intentionally chosen not to implement any mechanism to read or retain it.
The only data we actively track is:
- Usage metrics (token count and days remaining) to enforce access limits
- Technical diagnostics to ensure service availability
Local-Only Storage
Your conversation history is stored only on your device using your browser’s local storage. This means:
- No conversation data is permanently stored on our servers
- Your chat history persists only on the specific browser and device you use
- Clearing your browser data will erase your conversation history
Important: Public Computers
If you use the Wu Wei Planner on a shared or public computer, please:
- Click “End” when finished to clear all local data
- Clear the browser’s cookies and site data for complete removal
- Remember that auto-login means anyone using that browser can access your account
Technical Information
AI Model
This service uses OpenAI’s language models to generate responses. By using the Wu Wei Planner, you also agree to OpenAI’s Terms of Use.
Service Availability
While we strive for 24/7 availability, the service depends on:
- OpenAI’s API availability
- Your internet connection
- Your device’s browser capabilities
Data Transmission
When you send a message, it is transmitted through our Cloudflare infrastructure to OpenAI’s servers for processing. Please do not include sensitive personal information, passwords, or confidential data in your conversations.
Using the Service Responsibly
AI Limitations
The AI can make mistakes or provide incomplete information. Always:
- Verify important details independently
- Use your own judgment when applying suggestions to facilitation sessions
- Remember that AI interpretations are starting points, not definitive answers
Session Management
- Start a new chat session when switching topics to get the best responses
- Use the “Export” feature to save important conversations before ending your session
- The “End” button clears all local conversation data but preserves your access time remaining
